“Great location very comfortable and warm place to stay, although the double bed needs updating way to soft and some windows need addressing, other than that would stay again loved it.”

“Nice property. Replete with all facilities for a family holiday. Clean and well maintained. Attic and living room got a little cold but settled down after a couple of nights of heating.Slightly difficult to access as in a narrow by lane with 30 steps leading to property. Nearest car park about . 5 miles away. Would maybe book something easier to access with kids next time. ”

“We had a lovely stay in the property. We were warmly welcomed by the property owners and the house was a great size for our holiday base with all the necessary amenities. The kids liked seeing the chickens and horses each day and we liked the peace and quiet at night. It’s only a short walk to carbis bay but certainly better walking down than back up the hill. Overall we had a lovely stay and would recommend.”

“Property felt unloved and photos made it look a lot better than it was. Garden very unkept, lawn not cut. Door handles falling off. No welcome pack or any instructions for the house. I would not return to this property. Felt over charged for what it was. ”

“Me and my husband had a wonderful time here with our 3 children. The sea views were amazing from the house. It was easy walk to the beach where we went everyday and into St Ives main centre. Local Tesco was very close. It was in an ideal location. The house had everything we needed and was decorated so well. We had a lovely and comfortable stay here and would love to come back. ”
