“This is our second time staying at Aiden. The hotel staff is so friendly…everyone! The decor of this hotel is our style, very swanky. I love how close it is to the riverwalk but out of the hustle and bustle. The only issue we had was the staff at the bar was under trained to be working alone on a Friday night. “The hotel was struggling to keep the lobby warm with extra cold temperatures during our stay, but they found some enormous electric heaters that they plugged in 24/7 to keep it toasty for guests. Everything was kept magically clean although I never actually saw anybody cleaning! Any issue we had was very promptly taken care of, in the front desk was overly accommodating and hospitable. Very spacious, modern and comfortable stay with easy access to the Riverwalk.”
