“We had a great stay at the property. Reception staff were really friendly and called us when our room was ready earlier than expected. Room was lovely with a great view and everything you could need. Breakfast buffet was plentiful and lots of options and it never felt too busy. “I had tried to cancel this hotel booking 3 weeks ago through hotel.com ! Unfortunately, according to hotels.com CS, the hotel Had no response at all to our request for fully refund due to the Coronavirus case , therefore we couldn’t fly and had to cancel our flight !! Until now , we still waiting for the hotel to response to our refund , even now the date for staying had Already passed and we still had no response from this hotel ! Although I haven’t stay in this hotel but this kind of services……

“Pros: * Good breakfast, you can even sit outside to enjoy the view. * Great to have free access to the spa/gym in Corinthia hotel. * Good Wifi. * With a balcony overlooking the bay is nice, it's cosy to sit at the balcony in a sunny day in winter. * Check-in process is pleasant.
