“We had a great stay at the property. Reception staff were really friendly and called us when our room was ready earlier than expected. Room was lovely with a great view and everything you could need. Breakfast buffet was plentiful and lots of options and it never felt too busy. Rooftop pool was lovely and Be.kini staff were friendly and efficient. We always managed to get a lounger though at times it was busy. “Arranged return airport pickup with hotel and Driver was late for pickup from airport (5 mins late) and hotel (15 mins late). Asked for a room change as the floor were full of painting work going on the receptionist on duty was supposed to get back after checking with room reservation dept but never got back. Overall the service provided by front desk was not pleasant at all. I stayed for five nights and the room was arranged in a noisy location wit construction site in front n painting work……
