马耳他的私人度假屋

“Wir waren nach 12 Jahren mal wieder auf Gozo. Insgesamt zum 6. mal (das erste mal 1995). Da wir nun nicht mehr auf die Sommerferien und die große Hitze angewiesen sind, vesuchten wir es diesmal im November. Wir hatten, bis auf ein paar Regentage, durchgehend 22-24 Grad. Auch das Wasser hatte noch angenehme Badetemperatur. Bei unserer Ankunft waren wir(zwei befreundete Pärchen) überwältigt von der Größe des Farmhauses. Jeder hatte genug Platz, sich großzügig auszubreiten. Das ganze Haus war……

“The property is an amazing 500 year old dwelling. It is conveniently located in the midst of a beautiful neighborhood and kind neighbors. It took us a few days to get used to the beds. They are made of springs, so if you are used to sleeping on a different kind of mattress, this can be challenging to the back.”

“We spent the holidays in Gozo and found this property in Ghajnsielem was perfectly located. It was exactly what we hoped for. Our host, Frank, made arrival incredibly easy. He picked us up from the ferry to help with our luggage as well as having delicious food waiting for us upon arrival. He proceeded to take us to the grocery store and then even picked up the 4th member of our group. He went through a map and highlighted walks and sights we should try to hit as well as giving detail……

“This fabulous property with amazing grounds gives you a real glimpse into Malta’s grand homes of the past. There are multiple bedrooms both inside and accessed from outside the main house. The proximity to the airport was not a problem ( couldn’t hear the planes at all). The location was very convenient for grocery shops( either a short drive or a walk to a smaller convenience store )If you have young children there is a lovely little playground just across the road that we put to good use. ……

“This house is no good if you have any kind of walking ishouse. Firstly is the fact that every room is on a different floor. The master bedroom with ensuite is on the ground floor, the next bedroom is up a flight of stairs and so on with each room up more stairs. Secondly is that the house is almost at the top of a hill. You can drive to the house but you can't park, you can only drop off. You have to park next to the marina and walk up all the steps to get to the front door, befour climbing four……

“Der Aufenthalt war sehr schön, die Lage ist wie beschrieben, ruhig und schön. Trotzdem kann man zu Fuss in nur wenigen Minuten alles nötige erreichen. Die Familie um "Joe" ist sehr herzlich und hilfsbereit. Sie haben uns super beraten und betreut. Kurz es hat für uns wirklich alles gepasst, es waren sehr schöne Tage, sehr gerne wieder.”
