“The Valetta Corner House is an excellent balance of history and modern convenience. We appreciated the care the owner has given to the preservation of old architecture and selection of appropriate fittings. The location of the house puts the best of Valletta within walking distance, so our very short weekend visit was full without the need for a car.You will find the house very clean and well appointed, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Check-in / check-out instructions were……

“The location is fantastic, within seconds of great restauarants and bars and all the sights. The apartment is atmospheric and full of character. We were grateful to be able to drop our bags early prior to the official chekck-in time. However, there were also some serious disadvantages. The apartment is 'tired' and in need of some love and attention, especially the soft-furnishings which were stained and dirty, including the dining room chairs, the sofa, and all of the cushions on the rooftop……

“Location of this property was amazing. Right in the heart of town and walking distance to everything. The shower curtain is too short and couldn’t adjust it so the floor was what every time after showering. Beds were comfortable. Would highly recommend you staying here, location was perfect!”

“A lovely house that has been sympathetically refurbished to give a well-appointed home, with lots of lovely touches, like the availability of beach towels and a beach parasol . Floriana is very close to Valletta, but a little quieter and in a very friendly neighbourhood. Ilona is an excellent host and we would certainly book the property again.”

“Charming place. Fantastic location. Have to walk 1 1/2 blocks uphill to main street. You are with the people so you hear the families all day. Would go back. Rooftop terrace is 62 steps steps up narrow winding staircase.definately”

“This is a modern stylish apartment in an old building which has retained its historic character. The apartment is very nicely furnished and comfortable. It has wonderful views over the harbour to Three Cities.from the traditional balcony in the lounge and the bedroom window. It is in a great location in an old part of Valletta so near restaurants and shops. It is a short walk to all sights in Valetta as well as the two harbours and the bus station. The only negative was that there was a shortage……

“Excellent place, bright, clean, hot water. Had to contact the manager Pedro about a peep peep sound after a brief power outage. He replied Immediately and told me what to do. Quiet area, close to Merchants Street. Highly recommend this place.”
