“We have just left Ta Beppe and would absolutely return. The villa is beautiful and full of character and in a pretty, quiet area which is easy to travel to and from with a rented car. We all loved the pool area and the hosts were so incredibly friendly and helpful- nothing was too much. We enjoyed ‘The View’ restaurant, hiring a boat in Xlendi, travelling to Malta for the water park and St George’s square at night. This would be an excellent choice for families or a group of friends and I cannot……

“Not a great start to the stay as despite sending messages to the host that we were on our way with an eta we were given no contact details of where to collect the keys to the property. Eventually after a 2 hour wait outside the property and an over an hour phone call to vrbo (which cost a load) who did book us hotel rooms as a last resort as they couldnt contact anyone either we got a phone call from the host when we were on our way to the hotel that the house manager was now at the property to……

“Wir haben in dem Ferienhaus zwei Wochen mit unserer sechsköpfigen Familie verbracht. Unsere Kinder fanden es toll, ihr eigenes Zimmer mit Bad zu haben. Der Pool und das Heimkino haben uns viel Spaß bereitet. Es war alles sehr sauber und die Küche gut ausgestattet. Einen Parkplatz zu finden war kein Problem und ein gut ausgestatter Supermarkt ist nur eine Minute mit dem Auto entfernt. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und bei Fragen immer erreichbar. “We had a lovely time here for 10 days and just got back. The host Mark was very responsive but left you to get on with our holiday which we liked. Everything is well provided for in the property which we appreciated - things like a Nespresso coffee machine and a couple of pods to get you started! The location is great - very quiet - on the edge of a small town / village but 15 mins walk to the main square with great restaurants - good food and reasonable prices we thought. “Lovely villa in a working town. A good location to visit places nothing was too far and using bolt was brilliant as parking outside would have been difficult. Being a working town it is not quiet as the bus plus lots of other vehicles go past. It tends to become a lot quieter after 2. This wasn't really a problem but if you are looking for somewhere peaceful this is not the place for you. Villa was clean and tidy. “Il Kiostro is truly wonderful - a mini oasis of calm. There are private spaces and sun-terraces where you can hideaway on your own and also fantastic spaces like the hallway/dining room or kitchen or swimming pool /outside dining area where everyone can get together. It is quiet and the beds are comfy. Close to corner shop, bakery and pizza takeaway.”
