“Beautiful friendly hotel. We felt safe secure and very well looked after. Staff were so friendly and always on hand to support your need. We checked into a room in the 3rd floor (sea view) and it had a strong smell of damp and mould. We were moved fairly quickly to a new room which also had a faint smell of damp etc. The smell got worse as the week went on and not sure of it was the air con. Our friends also had a sea view room and they had no smell at all. Rooms were nice and comfortable. Food……

“Great experience. Spent 2 nights before Christmas, the steak and pork rib in The Cove was one of the best on the island, the drink, cocktails and wine offered in bars were also amazing. All staff were attentive, even though sometimes was a bit slow when many customers came. The new Asian style restaurant charged us certain amount which we didn’t order, the staff explained that was a mistake due system error. There might still be some thing can be improved.”

“This is a very beautiful, romantic, and unique resort on the beautiful island of St. Lucia. The suite that I stayed at had amazing views, and the open concept with 3 walls made me felt like I was sleeping in a tree house in the middle of a rainforest. During our stay, we had trouble with the WiFi and pool heating system. However, the staff was so great and they quickly fixed it promptly. The mosquitoes was an issue for me, and I wished the bugs repellent worked better. At the end of the……
