“We arrived in Colombo at late night, so we asked for the airport pickup service provided by the hotel. The car was nice and the driver was friendly. Our room was spacious and clean. “Firstly, no one at the reception to welcome you.. you have a board call this number...the bathroom door and glass separator were moving, worried it can drop on me. Thirdly, the wifi is not there most of the time...air-condition was also pathetic. Although hotel was empty, they made me to have a bath in the lobby washroom on the check-out day and the manager did not oblige to allow me use the washroom.
