“Everything about it was wonderful. The house the style the charming staircase. Nice coffee bar and decor of every room unique and pleasant. The back porch the lights, the little table out front, Main Street ambiance day and night. The street lights out front at night and the twinkling colored lights around. “Nice outside seating. Great ambience. Noce kitchen. First bedroom bed is short in length. Yard is fantastic and access to park is great if you can get the gate open. I couldn't, could have been operator error. The chickens were so friendly”

“My friends and I thought this home was so cute. It was within walking distance of a few places in St. Genevieve. It was very clean and large enough for the four of us. We would definitely stay here again. ”

“A great home base to explore the area. We brought our food and prepared breakfast a d supper there. We packed a lunch and hiked at Pickle Springs, Hawn State Park, Silver Mines, and Elephant State Park. On a rainy morningg we walked around to the shops in towtown”

“Great place. ”

“We stayed with a group of friends over the superbowl weekend. We have stayed here before and we loved it just as much the second time as we did the first. The owner makes things easy for those who stay from her communication with you to the checkout process. The amenities are amazing. We had a great time and we will stay again!”

“My family of 14 people needed a place for all of us to stay for the holidays. The twin turrets was a great fit for what we needed. Everyone had their own bed, the bathrooms took a little time to get showers scheduled, since there are only 2 showers, but it worked out. The home was fun to explore inside and out. We went for some walks on the trails, enjoyed watching the ducks and geese, or just looking out at the lake. So peaceful! ”

“Stayed here a half dozen times, great place, great location!”

“This is a wonderful place to get away from it all and just enjoy nature and the company of the people you are traveling with. Bird watchers will especially love the barn willows, red headed woodpeckers, blue grosbeak, Bobwhite, and more. Stores and the historic downtown of Saint Genevieve are just a short drive away. Along with many wineries.”

“It was a nice place to stay for a few days while having basketball camp at MAC. Enjoyed the game room in the basement and the fireplace was neat. Beds were a little firm for our liking but we made due. Conveniently located near town for shopping and places to eat but not to close to hear the constant traffic. We enjoyed sitting out on the back porch enjoying the weather. ”
