“I arrived at this hotel at around 10:30PM on August 18 to check in to my reservation for my one night stay with my husband. The receptionist told me that there were no available rooms. “We decided to try something different for our trip to Rochester and booked a BnB. It was a delightful stay in a beautiful Park Ave neighborhood. The BnB is within walking distance of the Park Ave restaurants and lots of fun. The staff was delightful, and helpful. The camaraderie with the staff and other visitors was fantastic! The only complaint was the bath/shower arrangement was awkward, getting in and out of the shower was a bit dicey. More safety rails would be helpful. In any case, ……

“Our stay was very good. The check in process was welcoming and friendly. Very clean lobby. Our room was huge. Comfortable king size bed. It had a bench at bottom of bed which was nice to sit on to take shoes off and on. There was a comfortable arm chair my husband used to watch tv. The bathroom was huge and clean. There was a walk-in shower and not a bathtub. Overall, I would definitely recommend. ”
