“The bed sheets has many insects. It seems that there has no change the bed sheets. There has no pillow provided. 1st night - we double checked and made sure the door locked before we go bed to sleep. In the morning, we saw the door was opened. The door had scratch marks， I guess somebody use the tools to open the door. Be careful your bags and money if you stay in there. We really cannot sleep in the 2nd night. The washroom is clean. The location is not different to find. I won’t……

“步行就可到達附近美味吃晚餐和早餐的地方。房間還滿舒適，停車ok,職員親切。入住手續也簡便。洗澡間水超大，夠熱，空間適宜”

“旅店步行到Lake Rotoroa 及Hamilton shopping centre 都只需大半小時， 離supermarket countdown 也不遠，對在旅店煮食的旅客來說很方便。 唯一我們感到不舒適是床太軟了，起床時腰骨有點不適。”

“The stay was comfortable & nice as the apartment was clean and very spacious. So close to the city and amenities of where we needed to be for the hockey tournament. Good customer service was given from checking in. It was a good place for the stay and days there we were there and reasonable priced.”

“I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. My room was nice and tidy, well maintained, comfortable bed, easy access to the motel and lots of parking spaces. The Managers and Staff are also very polite, friendly, approachable and helpful. The best thing about my room was the big spa bath, it was so relaxing and with the jets going made it that much better, I'm about 6'2 and could comfortably lay in there. I will definitely be staying here again as I travel to Hamilton roughly every 12 days to see my……
