The 3/2 has a large master bedroom with a king size bed and two guest rooms with queens - perfect for families or groups. Relax in the private backyard with a TV and dining table under gazebo, fire pit, BBQ, conversation set and pet-friendly turf for your pups! There is plenty of free on-street parking in front of the house available.

Once your reservation is confirmed please let me know if you want me to add one a package to the reservation so I can request the payment. The package will be waiting for you on check in and will be yours for the duration of your stay.
Our friends down the street at ABC Bicycles offer bike rentals that can be ridden through the neighboring biking trail. Rentals start at $40/day and can be directly set up with the shop.
Note: There is a detached guest unit on the property that is accessible from the alley. A tenant does live here and this house is NOT part of the listing. These two houses are completely fenced off from each other and share no common areas. The front and back yard is exclusive to you and your party and cannot be accessed from the additional unit.
Guest Access:
Enjoy complete privacy during your stay – the entire home is exclusively yours with no shared spaces.
The Neighborhood:
Centrally located between Downtown St. Pete and beaches, steps from the Pinellas County Trail. 9 mins to Treasure Island Beach, 13 mins to Tropicana Stadium, and 15 mins to Downtown.
