“If you want on King St in the middle of downtown this is the place. Easy parking. Check-in was at four, but we were pleasantly surprised that we were texted at noon saying the apartment was available. The owner is also accommodated a late check out on short notice due to a change in our plans. We very much appreciated the owners flexibility. The beds were extremely comfortable. The apartment was very clean. The AC worked amazing and was actually chilly at times :-) I would highly recommend this……

“Great property and location next to King St and historic district. It is clean and modern. Beds super comfortable. Depending on day of week you might hear noise from the street at night. Also be aware there is no elevator in the building but the stairs are great exercise. ”

“We stayed here for a birthday girls trip (3 of us). The location was perfect! We walked right out to King St. for shopping, dining, and bar hopping. The tavern right next door was a fun bonus! The bedrooms, family room area, and kitchen space was perfect for us, and very cute and clean. Location was also great for an easy drive to Folly Beach and Shem Creek, and easy walk/drive to the other historic areas around town. ”

“There were 6 adults for a 4 night trip.The rooms were quite small, but it was fine since we were really only sleeping there. It was super clean and a perfect location. There was enough coffee to get us through a couple days when we arrived. Lots of clean towels and linens available. The hosts were very accommodating and let us leave our luggage until it was time to head to the airport. They responded quickly to any questions.I’d highly recommend staying here.”
