“My lady friends and I stayed here for a few days to celebrate my birthday and it was fabulous! The villa is beautiful with it's mostly open floor plan and the view is spectacular. The pool was smaller than expected, but that was definitely not a deal breaker. The hosts were accommodating and responsive to questions via messaging in the app. Overall, would recommend, would return!”

“The property is amazing; Zach had the manager meet us at the house for check in and a tour. He gave us suggestions for places to go/eat. He had a driver pick us up from airport and then we had the same driver take us to a local beach. We walked to the ferry in the morning to ferry over to BVI. Beautiful, beautiful property!”

“Had a wonderful time. The grounds are incredible. The Shack is right nextdoor for drinks and lunch/dinner with an ocean view. Lots of boats parked in Hull Bay but that didn’t bother us. Good snorkeling.”

“This property was absolutely amazing! I travelled with my husband and daughter for a getaway before baby number 2 comes. We had more space than we needed, which was wonderful because me and my husband could enjoy the ocean views and cook in the unit after my daughter went to bed. The property allowed us to get lots of quality couple time even though we brought our daughter with us. The staff were amazing, the beach and pool were wonderful and the views from our unit were breathtaking. We walked……

“This villa was beautifully decorated and designed, all the furniture and lights, kitchen, and baths were high quality and the balconies were a great place to hang. It was great to have the opportunity to pre-order provisions and have them in the fridge when we arrived. We enjoyed the relaxed vibe of Hull Bay as a counterpoint to more touristy St. John, all-in-all a great place for our family to spend a couple of days.”

“My group and I can for Carnival and had a wonderful time. A plus for us was we could hear the music from the house, So we were not far from all the festivities. The house was wonderful and we all Loved the set up, even with the that were a bit problematic nothing that wont be amazing when certain up grades are made. The views are spectacular and the wrap around deck are a plus plus. Thanks again to our host Richard. I definitely would book with him again. Until next time VI”
