“My husband and I stayed for 6 days this past week and could not have been more pleased! We’ve never stayed in the Fish Bay area before but found the location convenient to Cruz Bay. The villa itself is very well appointed, modern, and clean. The kitchen is well equipped with everything needed to prepare meals, and there is a grill outside on the deck along with a private pool and laundry room. The kitchen/living room area is small, but we never felt cramped. The master bedroom is up in a loft……

“We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Getting here is a bit challenging, but good and detailed directions were provided which helped us get to the right spot. The place was very clean, and many additional amenities were provided which was greatly appreciated. Could not recommend this more - and we'd certainly stay here again if we ever return. ”

“Joel‘s place is absolutely amazing. We had three adult couples in our party. I didn’t expect the set up and it was absolutely amazing. One of the bedrooms was downstairs and very private. Upstairs there were two separate buildings so each couple got their own building. We absolutely loved it and it did not disappoint. It was equipped with all the towels and amenities we needed for the beach. There was a bonus in the kitchen with all the spices and oils. You have all the cookware and dinner where……

“Loved the house and guest house arrangement. This is really 3 2 bedroom units and one lower efficiency. Each unit has one or two bathrooms plus laundry. Lots of privacy with a great common space great room and outdoor pool and veranda. The only glitch, compared to other VRBO stays, is that the owner does not list the property owner within the VRBO app, so messaging within the app does not work. This is a hassle, since you have to go looking for emails and communicating with Caribbean……

“It’s a great building - just needs some TLC! The shower curtain definitely needs to go and some new sheets would be nice . There are some ancient fans that are rusted and could be replaced . Lovely screened porch with comfy furniture . The kitchen had all we needed . ”

“Photos exactly represent home; just breathtaking. Very well set up for three couples or a family of 6. Hosts were very responsive and kind about my many questions of St Thomas. We'll be back, it was an amazing week!”

“Joel’s place was exceptional! The pictures do not do it justice. I wish I knew ahead of time, a wonderful man named Curlis meets you at the airport ( he met us at our rental car co) he escorts you to the house. I did not realize how mountainous it is and driving stinks. We hired Curlis several times and our rental sat in the driveway. This was our Christmas gift for our adult children and their partner and spouse. All agree, one of the top vacations ever! ”
