“Communication was best with using the phone and not text. Aside from that - we loved the location of the unit! Walked in to a fresh & clean smelling condo. That was cooled with one of the best AC units we have ever encountered at a beach! Not loud & worked perfect! Be aware that this location is where all the weddings and people wanting to take pictures is. Literally! We would sit outside and a photographer and families would be out there. “It is in a good location with a view. The lovely decor is just as pictured. Having restaurants and a fun beach bar on the property was so convenient. It worked well that nearby complexes could help support nice amenities like this. We didn't cook, but it looked like everything was there if you wanted to. The location was close to Red Hook, where you could catch ferries and boats for any day-trips. It also has several restaurants to explore. The notebook the owner provided included a lot of info……

“We had a wonderful and peaceful stay. The place was quiet, the rooms were very clean, and everything you’d need for a relaxing vacation was thoughtfully provided—beach chairs, snorkel masks, floating foam mats, and more. The kitchen was fully stocked with seasonings, tea, and coffee, which was a nice surprise even though we brought our own.Check-in was easy—our host provided clear lockbox instructions, and we didn’t need to contact them at all during our stay. “The description was exactly as listed. The view was magnificent, and the property was clean and quiet. The location could not be beat - close close to the Cruz Bay attractions. The only downside was the elevator was out of order, which made it difficult to get luggage up and down. But I highly recommend this property.”
