“Absolutely stunning villa with breathtaking views! And we have stayed in many villas in the Caribbean. We enjoyed our stay immensely! The owner Tom was super friendly and went out of his way to help out with the booking process and all the details about the island. Joy the care taker cooked us an authentic East Indian Dinner the 1st evening we arrived! It was absolutely amazingly. She was a total sweetheart! We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect stay! Beaches were gorgeous and the vibe on……

“The house was exactly as advertised. Great location, nice layout, well stocked kitchen. Edwin was extremely helpful when we needed some guidance. The host, Francis, was also very responsive and accommodating. We had a great time!”

“Everything about this property was easy and relaxing. The host arranged for taxi pickup from the Bequia ferry, and also arranged to have some groceries at the house after our long travel day. The pool was perfect for the 3 of us, and that view from the pool!! It was easy to walk down to Princess Margaret Beach, just through the path in the yard. The daily cleaning was also wonderful. Thank you again!”

“Don't be fooled by the advert. It's not what it seemed. We visited late December, 4 adults and 2 small kids. We had great expectations; large villa, hot tub for the grandchildren to play in. Unfortunately the tub didn't work and looked aged, had a very sharp tap pointing into the tub, the deck became very slippery when it rained and there was no protection on the back of the deck to prevent accidental falls, especially by the kids playing. The en suite bathroom in the front bedroom proved to be……

“The Sugar Mill is a beautifully designed, airy and pretty unique villa high up overlooking the sea and islands to the East of Bequia. Being high up it gets a very necessary cooling breeze. Bequia had suffered a long drought while we were there, so was less green than normal, but it was still lovely. Quirin was very welcoming and we could see what efforts he is making to maintain the Old Fort and the estate - quite a challenge! Car rental is pretty essential, as though the island is small, it's……
