“Energetic boutique hotel with big comfortable room and excellent service, ideal for couples especially for the award wining rooftop bar with stunning Brisbane river night view. Very impressive hotel decoration using LCD walls showing amazing short films even inside the elevators. Room cleanliness can be improved though as one sanitary cotton pack was being opened by others and the kettle is a bit rusty”

“the hotel is clean and convenient situated I also found it friendly and professional that the manager greeted me with goodbye when I collected my luggage and left the hotel to catch my flight.”

“It is probably the WORST 4-star hotel that I have ever been to. The staff on the night shift was awfully rude - they would tease at you and offer unhelpful opinions. This hotel only provides one bottle of water per stay - it means if you stay in the same room for two days - you would still only get one bottle of water of 300ml. The rooms were dated and dirty. Some of the facilities obviously need some maintenance. The gym was so tiny and the breakfast was not a buffet style.”

“靠近故事橋 對於不太常開車的人可能會覺得進出不方便 但住在這邊 要往布里斯本市區 還是Sunnybank方向 都很快就到高速公路了 進出都要用磁卡 很安全”

“My kids loved the swimming pool. However, we were disappointed that the "river view" room is not what we expected. We could only see the river when viewing from the corner of the room. Its actually facing buildings .. ”

“4mins walk to Central station. Close to the shopping street and a supermarket nearby. With washing machine in room. Thanks the lovely receptionist to arrange the special luggage storage service for us.”

“This hotel is modern and upscale. The Queen Street Mall, City Hall, and train station are close. Only disappointment was not getting the included breakfast that I requested. ”
