“凌晨到酒店，checkin 完成拿門咭回房間，但我訂是雙床房，他們說已經沒有了，沒辦法，唯有進房間，後發現床鋪凌亂，還有同一門咭放在枱上，洗手間門鎖上，馬上退出，回lobby投訴，他們自己都不知原因，後來換另一個房間，說Upgrade一間有客廳的，但坦白說給我都沒用，我們只睡4小時😭😭”

“Servicing staff are very helpful and friendly. I upgraded to Delux room, it is worth and spacious. During the hot season. I can only start outdoor activities after 3pm. Therefore I stay most of the time in the room. Location is excellent, take 3 mins to Soug Waqif station and the market. ”

“I give this hotel a 5 to 100 Stars rating very clean convenient personable and yummy breakfast. Malik the front desk manager even gave me extension of my noon check out due to my later flight schedule. Joel the Van driver is very personable and took good care of my trip back to the airport: I stayed 3 days and wish stayed more. Convenient to Souk Waqif and the Pearl of Doha monument. Breakfast is superb lots of choice and the attendant Dan from Philippines and the Bangladesh man in the desk was……

“I recently stayed at the Steigenberger Hotel in Doha from 21st August – 29th August 2025 and had a fantastic experience. The hotel was very clean and well maintained throughout our stay, and the service was excellent. A special mention goes to Mohammed Mansoub, who went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. He kindly arranged an early check-in for us and even upgraded our room, which made a huge difference to our overall experience. His professionalism and hospitality really stood out……
