“The stay was great! Very friendly hosts that went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. The only thing I'd say is to be sure you plan ahead if you will rely on public transportation, as bus schedules can be limited on weekends/evenings. Additionally, securing a rideshare can be difficult as well due to the remote location. However, if you speak German, it's rather easy to call the RMV to reserve busses after hours, but you must do so 60 minutes in advance :) Overall a great experience and……

“We spent five nights in this unique hotel with a fascinating history. It is set by the River Lahn in the beautiful spa town of Bad Ems. The facilities such as the thermal pool were superb and we made full use of them. The staff could not have been more helpful, the room was really clean and comfortable and the food excellent. It is unashamedly old-fashioned but is full of character and we had a superb holiday there. Highly recommended!”

“Stayed for 2 nights in mid April. The weather didn't cooperate, but that is not the hotel's fault. We were given a balcony room on the first floor. Unable to use the balcony due to the rain and chilly temps. The room itself was spacious and comfortable. We loved the wine options available in the lobby. Didn't try the restaurant as there are many other dining options nearby. Breakfast was good. Riverfront location and proximity to the cable car and das Eck was great--no more than a……

“Værelset var meget slidt og rengøring virkelig mangelfuld, lys virkede ikke i toiletskab . Madras meget slidt, man lå i et hul”

Hotellin vieressä myös bussipysäkki jos haluaa lähteä kaupungille. Pienenä miinuksena suihkussa veden lämpötilan heilahtelu kylmästä kuumaan, sekä huoneessa ollut huonetuoksu. Tuoksuyliherkälle hieman häiritsevä, mutta onneksi haju ei yltänyt makuuhuoneeseen. Yöpyisimme mielellään uudestaan. ”
