“Waren sehr zufrieden. Zimmer waren sauber.Personal sehr nett und hilfsbereit.Lage sehr gut. Das einzige minus Punkt geht an das zusätzliche 10% Service gebühr auf Getränke und Speisen.Man mußte immer mehr zahlen.Die Neue Regeln hat nichts mit Trinkgeld an das Personal sondern einfach an mehr zu Kassieren was keiner versteht. Wenn das nicht abgeschafft wird kommen wir nicht mehr. ”

“The breakfast buffet was lovely. All the food groups were plentiful and fresh. The room was perfect and the shower, while small, had a good water flow. Staff were uniformly attentive and helpful; I even was able to get my clothes washed and dried, after hours.”

Pool and Wellness Centre were beautifully laid out - provided a relaxing atmosphere. Great range of treatments on offer. Roof top bar is stunning. The hotel provides a very relaxed atmosphere. “This is an amazing hotel. The position is perfect, right on the water. The old town and bus stop really close by. The pool is beautiful, overlooking the sea. One of the best equipped hotels we've seen. Lots for families, bath mat and rail if needed etc etc they have to thought of everything. Great breakfast . Thoroughly recommend this hotel. ”

“The location is very close to Riva Waterfront. I loved this hotel, although I came here in winter time, the hotel still offered me the five-star accommodation and service to me. I especially loved the free breakfast which I could choose from their list apart from the buffet options. Also, waitress - Adrijana was amiable and professional. I was there for breakfast for three days and I could feel her passion for providing the best service to the guests. Moreover, I would like to thanks front desk……
