“This stay was the last checkpoint for our Midwest trip, the room itself was pretty nice, very cozy. but there are several unsatisfactory points. the pillow quality was really bad, it doesn't have a microwave. the bathroom has exhaust fans but does not work, We did contact guest service, and they did come, He looked around and told us that the bathroom itself did not have an exhaust fan.(yet there is literally a visible fan on top of them?) pretty unhappy since we had to stay there for 9 days.”

“I was a little worried because I kept getting weird messages: We might not be able to charge your card, parking is extra, the taxes are higher. But none of that happened. Room was cute. Interesting modern decor. Microwave and fridge, new smart TVs. Some people complain about waiting for hot water for 5 minutes but whatever. It's in people's reviews, there's a sign in the lobby and in your bathroom. I can deal. If you're driving there is a gate you have to open and close manually after 11 which……
