“Dawn was great with very fast response! The house was perfect and just what I needed to host my daughter's graduation gathering and hosting family. Only thing is the neighbors are very nosy and called the sheriffs 3 times about my gathering between the hours of 7pm-730pm, which was not very pleasant because no one was loitering in front of residence or hanging outside and everyone parked on one side not blocking driveways. Nor was the music super loud. Other than that everything was great!”

“We have a daughter at UF and the rest of the family drove to Gainesville from north and central Florida for the Easter weekend. The house was perfect for our group. We had 6 people total and the house was not crowded. There are 3 bedrooms and every BR had its own full bathroom. There is also a small office type room with another single bed so you could sleep 7 if you had 3 couples and a single. The kitchen was small but functional. “When I arrived at the house I was greeted by the beautiful scent of jasmine and magnolia. The front courtyard is so cute - I spent quite a bit of time there. (Despite being up front, it the courtyard is a surprisingly quiet oasis). The flowers and all the birds singing made it so special.The house is so darn cute. Whomever decorated this place did an incredible job. The house was clean and well located. I enjoyed going for walks in the neighborhood, and felt very safe. Tom Petty park is close by……

It was very convenient for where the birthday party was located great entertaining and nice that the house was a split game room on one side so that the kids could play the house was very clean. Had some issues and the owners were very fast to respond. Will definitely stay in the home again.”
