“We gathered our adult children to celebrate a UF graduation milestone. This lovely home was perfect. It’s clean, cheery, comfortable and fully stocked. A little too cool for a swim, but the pool was a pretty feature. We enjoyed making breakfast and snacks in the renovated kitchen. We were able to comfortably seat everyone to reconnect and catch up in the living room. The sofa in the den tucked off the kitchen worked great for a fourth sleeping area. Perfect place for a relaxing stay. ”

“Overall, we had a good stay in Gainesville. The property was clean and close to UF; you can't beat the location. My main issue was with the lack of communication with the property owner. He never gave us directions on how to access the property until one hour PAST check in time. This is completely unacceptable. I called the number listed for him & was bounced to voicemail. I called Vrbo customer service and the representative could not contact him either. He finally did contact me with the……

“Dawn was great with very fast response! The house was perfect and just what I needed to host my daughter's graduation gathering and hosting family. Only thing is the neighbors are very nosy and called the sheriffs 3 times about my gathering between the hours of 7pm-730pm, which was not very pleasant because no one was loitering in front of residence or hanging outside and everyone parked on one side not blocking driveways. Nor was the music super loud. Other than that everything was great!”

“We were a group of 6 buddies in our mid 60’s that rented the main house as well as the guest house for a golf trip to escape the Northeast winter. Both properties were well kept and immaculately clean and in close proximity to golf courses as well as restaurants. The outdoor space is outstanding with multiple locations to sit outside and enjoy the day or evening. Lori was responsive to any questions we had throughout the stay and went to great lengths to recover a lost cell phone and express……

Nice floor plan bath tub deep for nice soak.Enjoyed the location to hiking trails and parks.Many restaurants close by as well.”
