We were perfect distance between Green Cove Springs and Thrasher Horne Center in Orange Park where we wanted to be. Supermarket & some restaurants in reasonable driving distance. Management was instantly responsive and wonderfully understanding when I had confusion over the lock. My confusion, not theirs, I'm older and do not have much experience with door codes. ……

“Dawn was great with very fast response! The house was perfect and just what I needed to host my daughter's graduation gathering and hosting family. Only thing is the neighbors are very nosy and called the sheriffs 3 times about my gathering between the hours of 7pm-730pm, which was not very pleasant because no one was loitering in front of residence or hanging outside and everyone parked on one side not blocking driveways. Nor was the music super loud. Other than that everything was great!”
