Was told to communicate through WhatsApp for door codes which we had to ring several times. Code was not working on check in and we had to make further calls on arrival bathroom toilet seat was broken Communicated this on WhatsApp and still never received a response. Saying this the apartment is great, good value for money and tidy. ”
