“The hotel was what we expected for the price but not conveniently located for the place we were visiting.”

“Staff was very unprofessional, inattentive and slow. Only time doorman opened my car door was when I checked out and was leaving in the hope he would get a tip. room was freezing, no heating working in bite, took ages to get hot water in morning. Breakfast was bare minimal. Room was dark and had a small window which very high up? which was covered with a blind so had no sunlight. ”
