“We could not get into the unit with either of the codes given to us and eventually had to use a key in a lock box. There was no hot water in the sinks and no water at all in the shower for the entire 3 days. The guy they sent out to fix it after we call was there for five minutes and said he couldn't fix it. They took 116 off of our bill, which was not nearly enough for the trouble. The rest of the unit was fine. There was some mold in the bathroom but nothing crazy. The location is fantastic; 5……

“Great stay, however, jacuzzi took almost an hoir to fill in the room. Washer and dryer for the guest did not work very well, we ended up spending the rest of our day at a laundrymat to finish tje clothes. Ice machine was also not working. All the employees and manager were exceptionally.nice and helpful”

“We loved the location, easy walk to Heavenly Village, gondola, etc. Unit was mostly clean upon arrival, but dirty pans were in the oven, crumbs under beds/couch, batteries missing from TV remote, etc. Owners did bring us batteries the next day. Kitchen was adequately stocked with pans/dishes. Heat works well. Parking was easy. Families should note that there is no bedroom door, so if your kids are light sleepers, it’s hard to watch TV in the living room when your kids are in bed. One of the two……

“Showers were solid. Provided shampoo and body wash powder was horrible- hard to use and lasted 1 day for a 5 day trip Water pressure in 1 was very weak. Heating was good but very drying- need some kind of humidifier Check in experience was terrible. Was given 1 code for 5 apartments. Called and was given additional codes which didn’t work. Eventually worked out that the codes Vacasa had for apartments A-E didn’t correspond to the actual apartments which are numbered 1-5.”

“The Blue Jay Lodge was a great spot for a quick stay in Tahoe. Close to everything and all the amenities that I needed. I will definitely stay here again. ”

“Shower a bit small, no air conditioning, knob on screen door a bit hard to turn from the inside because of the door frame, overhead light/fan combination and wall switches a bit confusing. But loved the location -- easy walk to restaurants, beach views, bike rentals. Worked out very nicely for a several day getaway. Will definitely consider staying here again.”
