“The Marriott is very central in South Lake, walking distance to everywhere. The property itself had great amenities that we enjoyed such as hot tub/pool, kids club, and gym. The studio room itself was actually a little bit bigger than we anticipated, there was plenty of room for me, my wife, our 6 year old and all of our luggage.”

“My girlfriends and I came together here for a milestone birthday celebration and couldn't have been happier. The location was perfect! We walked everywhere; to the spa @ The Landing, to our shows, the casinos, restaurants, the Lake... everything was walkable. We even took a lake tour, which picked us up by shuttle at Harvey's, which was a 3 minute walk. It's a perfect location and room was perfect. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you!”

“My husband and I met some friends at Heavenly for a day of skiing and a night out – this unit was perfect and had everything that we needed to unwind after a day on the slopes. Bed was very comfortable and shower was great! Loved having the fireplace in mini kitchen. Would highly recommend, easy walk to the gondola and fantastic dinner across the street @ Maggie’s. Will definitely be back.!”

The owners were very easy to communicate with, check in and check out was super easy, the rooms were all perfect and we were very happy with the place overall!The stairs can be tricky with little ones but that’s a kid problem not a house problem. Shower takes a while to heat up but ended up being fine. Highly recommend”

“We absolutely loved our time here. It was clean and beautifully decorated. The forest view was lovely and yet we were so close to the Heavenly Gondola. We had 5 adults and 4 children in the 6 bedroom Villa #11. We had a lovely view of the forest out the back and the Gondolas out the front corner windows. The listing does need to be updated for accuracy though. On the negative side there was no desk (although the listing said there was one). But, on the up side, the 6 bedroom listing said 4……

“Room was clean and comfortable, lovely courtyard with a small waterfall, easy and about a 3-minute walk to the casino. Unfortunately, our air conditioner was not working correctly and took all night to make our room a little cooler. The lake is about 10-minute walk, but it's a private beach and they charge to get in. We drove to the north side and found easy lake access for free. Overall, we had a great time. If you don't want to stay in a major hotel, I recommend this place with puppies.”

“SLT is the perfect place for our family to get together. This condo is in the perfect location to be able to walk to all the shops, restaurants, and casinos. And a very short drive to public beaches.”

“honestly! This was a really nice stay. Such a close walk to Heavenly - literally about a five minute walk. Just the same for the hotels/casinos, so that’s a huge plus. It’s beautiful, the renovation is really pretty and it’s really cozy - the fireplace was so nice and warm, the bed was really comfortable, and the kitchenette was nice - we still had a small cooler with us since it was a mini fridge but it did the job! The place was very clean, and the bathroom was a tad small and cold but the……

“Nice studio in a great location. I thought the condo had a balcony so was a little disappointed about that. (My mistake though-it looks like they all have balconies but not stated anywhere) It has a great view of the pool which is nice since the complex is right on the main road. The location is perfect to enjoy the town of South Lake Tahoe and all the amenities at the Marriott! The studio is very quiet with a nice kitchen. Did not have any need to reach out to the owner but checkin and check……

“We loved staying in this modern, updated studio. The bed was super comfortable and the room was very cozy with the fireplace. It was really conveniently located close to the Heavenly gondola as well. We will definitely stay here again!”
