“Stayed for 1 night in February. Arrived to a huge empty car park and thought the hotel was closed! Friendly welcome in reception and was upgraded for free to the presidential apartment. Informed we were the only guests in the whole hotel. Room was lovely, 2 bathrooms and sea view. As it was off season we didn’t use pool or any other facilities as they were closed. Would return in summer if visiting Ulcinj in the future. ”

“The landlord is a great guy, he's full of information about the town and he saves us by printing out our boarsing cards bwfore we left. We had to find gim at his hotel on the seafront for this though. The property is spacious and decently furnished, 6 can confortably sleep there. But there were sone problems: there were no cups, glasses of saucepans in the kitchen and the promised microwave did not exist. “On our arrival the manager was extremely rude stating we had not paid, when I showed him our paid confirmation he was still rude, complaining that he hadn't been paid. The bedrooms had no amenties as advertised. “The hotel is not five stars maybe three. It doesn't have a beach like you can see in the pictures. There is no elevator. You have to lift your luggage up the stairs. The room is large and the air conditioner and toilet were not working properly. After ten minutes we left. The price is very expensive and the value is very low. We don't recommend. The hotel owner refused to cancel the charge. Life is beautiful, we moved on. ”
