“This was a nice property especially for the price. It wasn’t super clean, but it was fine for us. The tub looked like it had some stains and the bathroom light fixture was pretty dusty but it was still cleaner than my house at home. I would definitely stay there again.”

“The home was clean, comfortable, and well furnished. Since we were visiting Harding University, we liked that it was a short drive to campus. Searcy restaurants and shopping were also easy to access. The street parking and staired entry wasn't an issue for us, but could be for others with mobility concerns. The hosts communicated in a clear and timely manner from booking through checkout.”

“Lovely Cabin on the river with well equipped kitchen, hot tub, dock, firepit and grills. Very comfortable and roomy. If you need to use central air, switch on from thermostat. We caught trout from the dock. Definitely plan on staying there again! The firepit, gas and charcoal grills were a definite plus!”

“It doesn't have a pool. It doesn't have a complimentary breakfast. It doesn't have a crystal chandelier above the bathtub. What it DOES have is clean, well maintained rooms and friendly owners/staff! This place reminds me of the best of the motels I stayed at travelling cross country in the 70's and 80's. And the price is great too! If you're travelling near Bald Knob, this is where you should stay! (And do the breakfast buffet at Farmer's Market) ”
