“Because I went to bed late and had to take a 9 o'clock bus to the airport at 3 o'clock in the morning. The service staff called me twice but I was still very sleepy. However, they waited for me patiently. I think they are very responsible!”

“1. Bad shuttle service! Called the hotel and its operator never told us they only pick up at the blue area! just said the shuttle will be there in any minute. Caused our 50 minutes’ waiting in the chilly midnight. 2. Racist shuttle driver! When finally got on the shuttle, the old lady driver said whatever it is, you eventually get hotel by the “complementary” shuttle bus! How rude she was!!! 3. “Had an unexpected layover since airline delays caused me to miss my connecting flight and the only way home was to catch the next flight, which was the next morning. I had already stayed here when I had a 20 hour period before my connecting flight on my initial travel. Beds comfortable, clean sheets and glass shower instead of the regular shower curtain. Free shuttle from airport to hotel and then back to the airport. Overall good stay and I would stay there again. ”
