“My room was a late night last minute booking. Had been driving for hours and was extremely exhausted. The staff were friendly. I felt safe. I slept. Breakfast was free and decent. My anxiety was put to rest. ”

“It was clean but lacked extra towels, the bed needed a warmer bed spread, no Kleenexes in the bathroom where there was a spot for a box built into the sink counter, microwave was on a luggage rack, and the indoor swimming pool was empty outside was very dark a night, the entry door lock was broke so anyone could enter the building besides motel guest and they hadn't mowed what needed mowing around the parking lot”

“I pre-checked in online, when I've done this before there was no waiting my room key was ready with waiting at all. The desk clerk was not at the desk when I got there and it took about 5 minutes for him to show up after I called on the house phone. It then took another 5 to 10 minutes before my room key was ready. Why did I even pre-check in. In the room I was supposed to get a king size bed, it turned out to be a queen.”

“We are from Connecticut and were visiting family in Kansas. The lodge was perfect. Darcy communicated when we booked about grocery store availability in the area. It was just my husband and me. But Darcy was more than welcoming in allowing us to have our grandchildren spend a few nights with us. The only suggestion would be to add a table and chairs and place on the wall under the TV. Darcy gave us a folding table and we brought the outside chairs in which made a big difference when the……
