“離火車站很近，去機場的巴士站也很方便，到中央車站也是20分鐘左右，車站的另一頭有超市跟一些餐廳非常方便”

“其實離車站不遠。也就是走路10分鐘以內，但是帶著大行李箱推石板路還是蠻挑戰。所以第二天請櫃檯幫忙叫較大的計程車，畢竟我們三人有三大箱行李加上兩大袋行李袋，五分鐘路印象中是25瑞郎。飯店附近餐廳蠻多，也蠻好逛。三人房空間寬敞，浴室也有備品，空間也充足。只是浴室門是噴砂玻璃，有隱私但不算多，上廁所隔音有限。服務很好，環境也乾淨。早餐蠻豐盛，”

“附屬餐廳晚餐的服務生態度極為惡劣，桌邊服務非常的不專業，言語毛躁，且有種族歧視之嫌！ Check out曾向飯店反應，主管也是應付的態度，連說聲抱歉或門口歡送也沒有，這根本不值得五星！”

“早餐非常好，如五星飯店。其他只有三星水準，太小，加上行李就太擠。房間只有床，被子，枕頭。其他都沒有。浴室也有冷水熱水。別指望太多，這是火車站最近的酒店。”

“Clean and brand new room. The hotel is conveniently located near the airport and train station, making transportation easy. There are several buses from the airport, and you can also take a train to the city center. Nearby, there are three supermarkets and many restaurants.”

“住宿4人房，房間裝修是新的非常乾淨，附的電扇還是德國名牌，我們中午就到了，飯店人員很好讓我們先入住，飯店住宿位置在老城區的河岸附近，非常好找，且逛街與景點就在旁邊非常好，剛好星期六，河岸登船處廣場早上還有二手市集可以逛逛，有很多物超所值的物品（商品是可以議價）”

“Free shuttle pickup from.airport, however 10 francs to take shuttle back. Right next door to mcdonalds. Bakeries and other restaurant walking distance across the street. Also italian restaurant right in hotel. Cool.shower basically next to bed. Auromatic rolladen shutters and super comfy bed 👍 ”

“Museums and churches are all nearby within walking distance. Excursions gathering point are just within 20 minutes walking distance. Plenty of restaurants nearby. Though so convenient for all, the place is still very quiet and beautiful during non peak travelling season”

“Clean and cozy. Close to the tram station. 5 mins by tram or 20 mins by walk you can get to the train station. A little bit expensive but worth it cause it provides us a lovely start of our Swiss trip. Will come back if go to Zurich again.”

“Nice and convenient hotel with 5 mins walk from train station, room a bit old fashion but in good condition and clean. We stayed in suite room w river view it was nice , but train station just downstairs so a bit noise if anyone sensitive for noise need to be aware. Overall it is a nice hotel ”

“Dolder Grand is in a really nice district but has a tradeoff that it is not so convenient for public transport especially after 11:30pm when the cable car to Dolder Grand stops working. The hotel has a very modern interior and the view from the room is magnificent as it is overlooking the whole Zurich. The service is really great and the staff are very helpful. Overall, if you want to experience a luxurious hotel experience in Zurich, Dolder Grand is your choice”
