“We had a wonderful stay at the Gustafson Family Vineyard estate. The home is beautifully situated with incredible views of the surrounding vineyards and hills. It was the perfect setting for a peaceful getaway. Glenn and the team were responsive and helpful throughout the booking process and stay. The kitchen was well-equipped, and the home had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. We especially loved the outdoor spaces, the patio and views were stunning, and the property felt both……

“This was a lovely cozy house with great views of the ocean from the house and the hot tub, as well. The sofas are old and the springs from the cushions could be felt - so they could be replaced, but I'm concerned that to do so would motivate the owners to increase the price, which currently is relatively affordable. We placed some cushions that we have from home and the car and that was an adequate remedy. Other than a slight carpet stain by the master king sized bed, everything else was……

“A thoroughly enjoyable stay in a very quiet neighborhood. I particularly loved being able to see the starry night sky and early-morning wildlife while lying in bed. Very well equipped kitchen with a filtered-water tap and abundant supplies of everything (except light bulbs). Put a Sea Ranch visitor pass on your dash and take Vantage Rd for easy coastal trail access. Only 4 miles to Gualala restaurants, groceries, and kayaking.”

“My husband and I wanted to get away and found this gem. I’m picky about cleanliness and this place was IMMACULATE! We appreciated all of the attention to detail throughout. Enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub after hiking. Loved the hammock. And the nod to pulp fiction in the bedroom. Lexi is incredibly responsive and friendly and every detail was noted. “Abalone Point is a wonderful home for an extended family reunion. My large family, consisting of four siblings and our spouses, spent three nights here. We loved the spacious layout and great kitchen facilities. The beautifully decorated home features multiple indoor and outdoor spaces for spending time together, while allowing for separation when a bit of space apart is needed. The fourth bedroom in the Casita was great for the late-to-bed, late-to-rise couple. There are good local dining……

“This was a perfect place to spend a few days in July! The weather was amazing and the walk along the bluff trail occupied most of our days. We saw so much wildlife! The house itself has beautiful architecture, spacious places to unwind and read/relax, and of course the hot tub. The beds were comfy with soft linens. About 4 minutes drive away there is Surf Market that supplies anything you could hope to cook. John was easy to communicate with and the check-in/check-out was well organized and easy……
