“Our stay at Santini Farmhouse was wonderful! This home is beautifully decorated - every detail attended to! The house was stocked with anything you need to make this your home away from home. The beds were comfortable as well as all furniture in the house. Instructions for everything was explained in the house guide and there was other valuable information detailing things to do in the area including restaurants. The location of the home made for a great home base as we started off on our daily……

“We stayed for a week and it was exactly as described, with pretty much everything you need and nothing you don't. Our pup loved the big fenced-in front yard with lots of corners to sniff and explore. Easy access to two neighborhood beaches within just a couple hundred feet. The unit is located above the owner's pottery studio, and he was nice enough to invite us in and show us around. ”

“Home is a very relaxing and comfortable and kitchen is well stocked for those who enjoy cooking. Lovely deck in front with a hottub that works well. Plenty of towels for both bathrooms. Nice welcoming decor and a great place surrounded by redwoods. ”

“Mark is such a welcoming and warm host with fresh baked goods delivered. The cabin was perfect. As two friends who met in college in 1976, we especially appreciated the turntable with vintage vinyl. Pizza night on Friday was also fun. Easy to get good breakfast burritos up the road a bit at Cazadero General Store. ”

“This house in the trees is absolutely wonderful. The hosts are amazing - warm and welcoming to the max plus very accommodating and lovely to talk to on the phone. Our stay was too short but hopefully there'll be a next time. We will definitely stay here again if we're visiting Sea Ranch or Gualala. I highly recommend The Beacon up in the Redwoods.”

“Tadpole cottage was a sweet destination to chill in the countryside for a few days. Although the weather was hot and there is no air conditioning, the place stayed nice and cool at night and was easy to sleep. The ducks were so cute and personable we had a great hang. Town is close enough if you forget anything and there are plenty of great wineries on the road. Would certainly come back if I find myself in the neighborhood.”

“My husband and I came to the area to attend a local musical weekend at Le Vin winery. Could not have been at a more convenient place to stay. It was a very very hot weekend and a little hard to keep the house cool but Annette who is the on-site property manager can’t be beat for responsiveness and support throughout our stay. She came by with an extra AC unit, installed it and made certain that we had everything we needed. That extra AC unit made the difference. Because we had so many fans and……

“I spent a month at Paul and Vivi"s cottage this summer and really enjoyed it. I was looking for something quiet and peaceful and it was exactly that, with a spectacular view. The cottage contained everything I needed for my 30-day stay, was comfortable and private. I loved just taking in the scenery around the cottage, including their beautiful vineyards.
