“A hidden dream!”

“A beautiful place with rustic charm. It was a last-minute reservation, and I am very glad to have booked two nights. It isn't modern or flashy but, it is perfect for the riverside environment it inhabits. The host is very nice and works at making the common areas feel like home. There is a fun energy around the grounds that strikes memories of summer camp. Amongst the other guest that were mostly families, my partner and I enjoyed the social energy which the facilities are set to encourage. If……

“My partner Mick and I stayed here at the end of March, and honestly—don’t even waste time looking at other places in Guerneville. This resort is an absolute 5-star gem! From the moment we stepped out of the car, we knew we were somewhere special. The landscaping is lush and beautifully maintained, the cabins are charming and spotless, and the pool and main resort area are pristine and inviting. Although it’s right in town, the property feels incredibly peaceful and secluded—just a short stroll……

“Dawn Ranch is aspirational and mechanical. It has the feel of an influencer property, with the distinctive flourishes and details in place to make it attractive and exciting. The facilities are clean, spare and modern. The fixtures are sufficiently cool with the edison bulbs. But the details makes it feel like the staff is going through the motions of hospitality. The hardware is there but the software is missing. For instance, our room was nice and clean if a little spare. The leather case……

“If you want to try glamping this is a nice location to do it. The area is far enough away to be rural with only a few blocks walk to downtown and great places to eat. One recommendation I would have for the location. Is to go over the rules of the property with everyone and provide a phone number when there is an issue. Our night we had drunk people playing music and talking loudly until 3am. This is not the fault of the facility rather the rudeness of the other guests. We told their staff the……

“对于中国来的小伙伴，我是非常建议来这里体验，最理想是两晚上。房车里面提供了全部餐具及厨具，而且露营车不会给你收拾房间。注意部分避雷，火堆建议买合成木料，就是大块烧4.5小时那种，一个晚上准备两块够了。路边有卖木柴的，但是业余露营的不建议买。那是高手用的，难着，火弱，易灭。如果要在营地做饭的食物要带够，虽然附近有超级市场。附近有个州立公园适合远足，时间控制在五小时左右。”

“We came in winter and we were the only one group of guest on that day. Room is not large but enough for two people. Water pressure for shower is not as good as normal hotel, which may due to their location.”

“We had to check in rather late and they were very accommodating- they even had a fire going in our room when we arrived which was very welcoming. The room was very clean and the staff were friendly and attentive. And of course, the location is incredible. What a view to wake up to!”
