“這次4天的住宿體驗十分差，一入房間發現多隻烏蠅及蚊子，而且房間空調長期處於27度，電視不能開，燈也是壞的。多次到前台給服務人員查詢，他們不是說沒有人可以處理，就是說天氣太熱房間太大沒冷氣是正常的（但同行團隊都是涼快的），我們熱得每晚也是開自己的小風扇才能勉強入睡。由於房間燈是壞的，入黑後房間都十分陰暗，整個人都不太舒服。我們嘗試提出換房間的要求，但經理David 總是說full house不能換，但到第二天早上八點另一員工爽快地給我們換了一間同層，但可惜房內情況是一樣的！”

“Our stay was fantastic! We loved our room at Hotel Altes Kloster. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The converted 750 year old monastery was beautiful, cozy, quiet and within walking distance of restaurants and sights. It is an interesting town filled with historic sights and Incredible food. “The hotel is in a nice quiet wooded area, very close to the city. Quiet and clean. Just be aware there are additional taxes they you will have to pay in addition to what you already paid online. Not much (3 euros per person) but it is just annoying that it is not charged during the reservation rather than as a surprise when your are checking in. All in all it is a nice decent hotel at a reasonable price. I would stay there again. ”

“Was wonderful. Was had to wait awhile to check in, but there was self-service wine and we sat outside in the garden on the beautiful sunny afternoon. The rooms were large and lovely, very comfy beds, large bathroom, the heaters were plenty warm. We did a tour of the winery production and had a heuriger dinner that evening. Situated in a beautiful paet of the Weinvertel, and there are ample opportunities to hike and ride bike. Lots of other wineries nearby as well.”

“An sich das was man sich von einer Pension erwartet. Sauber und überschaubar. Dadurch es ein SelfCheck in ist und somit kein Personal vor Ort ist, wäre eine Sitzmöglichkeit ausserhalb des Zimmers noch gut. So etwas wie ein „Gastgarten“.
