“沒有清晰的泊車指引及接待處正門位置的地圖，只有在斜路的側門有前往接待處的指示牌，沒有駕車來的乘客要爬幾層樓梯才到達。很不方便。住宿、款待及餐飲十分滿意。　”

“Staff all lovely and friendly, hotel room was a bit run down, damage to carpet and bathroom ceiling, bed wasn’t the most comfortable and the kettle wasn’t working. Breakfast was delicious, and check in and check out process was simple and fast.”

“We have used this hotel a few times and always been very pleased with it. However this time, the room we were allocated was far too close to reception and main area. (I did request quiet room away from traffic but didn’t anticipate being disturbed by other noises). We were hearing the staff chatting, laughing etc early morning and the swing doors nearby were really annoying as they were used regularly and were quite noisy and late in evening and early morning was obviously more noticeable and……

“We had a pet friendly room. This is only the rooms and halls. There are no internal eating areas to sit with pets. This was very basic but clean. There was some areas that needed updating like woodwork and finishing of flooring in bathroom. Ok for a quick stop over. Breakfast was average and could have benefited from covers as the pastries began to spoil come last hour of service. ”

“A wonderful place to spend time and as a base for exploring Stirling and beyond. Communication with the host superb and everything as described. Great experience and my two children loved that it was remote and that there was such an array of animals on the farm. Also easy to get to the local town to eat/shop. ”
