“Overall we had a lovely stay. But as the 4 of us are Pensioners we found the stairs not easy! And the enttrance to the prooertynot good....the garden needed tidying”

“We loved Kay and Jim's beauful house and particularly the lovely outside seating area looking out across Loch Long and the Arrochar Alps. We were fortuate to have uncharacteristically spectacular weather for Argyll and got out and about to many beautiful gardens, woodlands, lochs and towns. The house was spotlessly clean and very comfortable, with everything we needed. Many thanks”

“We enjoyed this Scottish “steading”. It was a charming farmhouse attached with other houses. The neighbors were friendly and helpful when we first got there. The house was plenty big enough for the 9 of us. The only downfall was the very slow Internet. But that wasn’t the fault of the owner. The house was about a mile outside of town which made it a very quiet stay. ”

“For a short stay the Bothy Claymires is perfect for us and situated very nicely between Stirling and Loch Lomond. So lots of opportunities for exploring nature and city ! ”

“We all immediately felt relaxed upon walking through the door. The place just has a cozy feel. Would recommend to anyone that's looking to decompress and just hang out. You must go to Puck's Glen though, which will be more than enough exercise for your stay.”

“We decided to stay in Stirling as both a jumping off point into Edinburgh, Glasgow and the Hihhlands. The train station is an easy 20 min walk. Her flat is incredibly spacious, provided a nice welcome basket, and well equipped kitchen. Highly recommend staying here! ”

“This property is a dump!! When we arrived it had not been cleaned from the previous rental. It is in a run down neighborhood in a run down building with many steps from the street to the unit. The bathroom was in poor condition aside from the cleanliness issue. Find something else, you have been warned!!”
