“Clean bathroom and clean bed are two of the vital components of a hotel stay and although this hotel is an older property, the room was spotlessly clean and the bed was very comfortable. The check in process was very easy and I added a message to request and ground floor room and within a half hour the front desk staff messaged me to say he had done this. That was excellent service considering it was late in the day I booked so kudos to him ( sorry I didn’t get his name). Highly recommend……

“I had a great stay at the Cottonwood Inn and Conference Center! The room was very comfortable, everything felt new and well-maintained, and the entire place was spotless.
