“Clean, comfortable, updated, and welcoming property. The guest house is upstairs from the garage and has a fully-equipped living room, kitchen, bathroom, and outside decks. Outdoors, you can walk over to the dock and enjoy the view. The owners have two kayaks, a paddleboard, and a canoe for guest use - there's a ramp where you can launch next to the dock.The area has a lot of wildlife and coastal views, and it's not too far from areas like New Bern if you want to explore the town.We would……

“Place was completely dirty. Stuff left from previous tenants around the townhouse. Roaches and bug eggs everywhere. Rails lined with hundreds of webs and spiders. I checked out a day early because of how unsanitary. ”
