“We had a wonderful stay at Drake’s Cove. The house was lovely and was perfect for our family of four plus my sister in law’s family of five. The kids had fun playing on the grounds and we all thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Thank you! ”

Dolphins swam close by!!Little trouble with fruit flies and house flies, but once we moved the garbage away from the house; much much better!We can’t wait to go back. The owner was quick to respond, managing company, not so much. But, didn’t matter because the owner responded. ”

“Great place to stay in New Bern! The location was central and we could walk everywhere. Parking was a breeze and the check-in/check-out instructions were very clear. Also dog friendly! Highly recommend. ”

“The keyless entry was convenient, as we arrived much later than expected due to work. The neighbor's very friendly dog was a nice welcome, as was the neighbor. Lovely view of the docks, water and sailboats. We were privileged enough to watch an Osprey family”

“The only thing that really bothered me is we had 6 in our party and it says it sleeps 8, but only 2 of the beds had bedding. There were 2 more sets of sheets but no blankets and the fold out bed was not even sleepable for the kids it was so uncomfortable so 2 slept on the couch as it was. We had to go buy extra blankets for the other beds as they didnt come with them. I know we got a great rate and dishes wise it had everything we needed, but it could use minor updates. Also the toilet backed up……

Lol, but we all enjoyed it! The yard was immaculate and the dock fantastic, especially for those who love fishing.”

“We had an amazing visit to this treasure right on the creek. Beautiful mornings and evenings spent in the screened in porch. Time out on the dock watching the fish. The house was well stocked for kids- lots of books and toys. Definitely plan to return next time we visit the new Bern area!”
