“Nice large rooms. Comfortable beds. Washer dryer nice, had to wedge dryer door to keep it shut. Very echoy and hard to hear tv and eachother, maybe something on walls for sound .Nice patio facing pond, more furniture to use out there and or lawn furniture to use for family. Wouldbe nice. Very friendly people managing this rental and community.”

“Our stay was perfect, easy check-in, great clean house with a lot of accommodations. Great location for Cherry point base. Would definitely stay there again, highly recommend to others. The only thing that we laughed about was, nobody could figure out the shampoo, conditioner and body soap in the shower that they provide which was great, no labels on them but that is minuscule. Thanks for the great stay!”

“This house was super clean and had a fantastic view of the Neuse. In the warmer months I can definitely see renting a boat for the stay and using the dock. A few things that I think would go a long way: a comfy couch in the living room to just look out at the river and watch TV. There wasn't a TV in the Master so there wasn't anywhere comfy to just chill and watch TV. The most bizarre comment is the house has a rock to it. We felt it the most in the main level master and bathroom. It was a……

“The quality of the fixtures, appliances, furnishings, and amenities, set a standard that few other rentals will ever meet. This stay will spoil you. Thoughtful touches throughout to help acclimate to surroundings. You can’t beat a house for quiet, no shared walls with anyone else. Occasional late night dog barking, it's a neighborhood. Property manager always responsive.”
