The owner was very professional and extremely helpful. I had a superb experience without any challenges. It was great to enjoy this well-maintained home away from home location and the city of Petersburg.”

Very nice, beautiful, relaxing place. Has everything you need to get away. The sunsets and sunrise were awesome!!! Enjoyed sitting on the porch looking at the lake and listening to the geese and their babies. We even seen deer. We will be back in the future to enjoy again. “Overwhelming impressive stay. The host made the environment safe and accommodating from the instructions leading us to enter the property to the property being very well prepared for the icy conditions we faced. We felt like we were in a relative home from the moment we stepped through the door. The house was fully stocked with every essential you could think of and even some you would not have thought of. “Came to meet our daughter's boyfriend and attend his AIT National Guard graduation. This is a perfect place to stay! Close to everything, comfortable home with all the amenities you need. The host is very quick to respond to any issues and was very helpful when our daughter was there for a week before we got there. ”

“We stayed here to drop my son in law off at AIT. The rate was very reasonable and the home extremely clean. We had 5 adults, a toddler and an infant. There was plenty of room for us and the backyard was great for the kids. We were minutes away from the grocery store, historic downtown (check out Dixie Cafe), the usual chain stores/restaurants and not far from the army base. The host was responsive and everything was exactly as described!”

“I loved my stay. At 66 and 76, it's hard to climb in a tall bed. The bath tub is hard to get in and out. You can't wash your feet because you have nothing to hold onto. Afraid someone will fall out of the tub or bed and die. You asked for it, now you have it.”
