“Came to Paradise for a family event and found the accommodations to be quite nice, unit is very clean and the view of the canyon is perfect when enjoying coffee in the morning. Was good to have dedicated parking, no need to worry about is the spot going to be open when I return. The place is located within 10 minutes of local grocery, Starbucks, restaurants etc. There’s a nice park called Billie Park which was great for getting out and stretching legs and is pet friendly as well. I’d recommend……

“Property easy location and parking. No light switch as you enter and walked into coffee table. Must leave light on if returning in the dark. Overall it was fine for the couple of nights needed. Must replace the sofa it was horrible to sit on especially for 71 year old.”

“Our host Jenny was prompt and pleasant in our communications. The home worked perfectly for home activities and exploring the community and the Lake. We loved the decor and comfort. Our grandchildren had a great time. We will definitely return for future Lake fishing experiences. We’ve been visiting Paradise and Oroville for decades. It is nice to see people rebuilding their lives here again. Thank you.”

“Cute and cozy property with everything we needed. The home was clean and very close to our event. The listing did advertise as accommodating 5 for sleeping spaces but we found only 2 queen beds. However, it was not a problem as we had a blowup mattress we used for my grandson. The couch was available for sleeping if we needed it so assumed that was the 5th sleeping area. Nice property and we would happily stay again.”
