“New staff of gym intended to shut down on 10 pm. After spoken as 24/7 opening hours, it was all good there. The entrance is hiding at the side and door is heave to open are two parts could be further improved.”

“The rooms are confortable and spacious, with two windows. Just behind a McDonald which turned out useful for a morning coffee, although the room had a boiler, cups and glasses. I think the hotel could avoid changing towels when not necessary, or ask guests to leave them on the floor if they wish a a new set. We did not need a new set for a two day stay. We try to be environmentally as friendly as possible. Same goes for the heating in the room: excessive. Even with windows open it was kinda hard……

“ I've booked it cos it was the cheapest place in Ljubljana. The location is quite far from the city center, the staff is good and really helpful ,but when I entered my room,I can't find for the air-conditioner remote, the wifi is not working. I called the hostel's phone number,no one ever respond, from my room to the reception is about 10 mins walk , and it was about 11PM at night ,not many lights on the side . So I just sleep with no wifi and no air-conditioner, it makes a bad impression to……

“The staffs in restaurant were really bad attitude !!! They just ignored us when we were looking for help and always showing poker face . It looked like they were boss and we were working for them !!!”

“I stayed there for 2 nights. lovely place to stay. convenient and easy to find. it’s also spacious. There are also common area s you can relax, have a drink or food. Overall, very good experience. ”

“The hotel is very convenient, just 5mins walk to the central train station and 3mins walk to the CityHotel(meet points for day tour). DM drug stores in just next to the hotel entrance and supermarkets are just 3 mins away. many restaurants around. The bed is big / it’s queen size I think. The room have enough space for putting personal staffs / languages. There are a big common area for drinks and chats. The hotel offers coffee and pastries as well. I think this is a good value for budget stay. ”

“於15/12預訂入住，18/12去到酒店才發現酒店有工程暫停營業，獲安排到同集團U Hotel入住。臨時要更改所有Local tour的酒店接送地點。加上酒店並無車接載你到他們安排的U Hotel ，要在下雨天自行拖行李箱前往。雖然安排的U Hotel 不錯，也相對較便利。但如預計在工程期間不接待客人，那便不應在3天前還接受預訂，或要在預訂前說明一下。”

“I stayed for 3 nights. I was not satisfied with the room service since I requested extra hangers on the first day, but I can only receive it on the third day. The toilet floor was not cleaned and mopped. The good one was breakfast included. The choice of foods was enough and the taste was ok. ”

“停車場位子很難找，而且位子不多，停好就不能再外出，否則回來可能會沒停車位，只能在附近吃晚餐，然後待在酒店休息，有點浪費時間”
