“Plenty dining and shopping areas, parking safety and close to rooms”

“The room was in great condition and we were very comfortable! The shower curtain seems such a small thing to complain about, but the inner liner was barely long enough to remain in the tub part and got water out of the shower regularly. ”

“Great suites and spa area is the best in vail. ”

“It has nice view to the forest and you would be able to see the sunrise in the morning which is beautiful. The outdoor hot tub is supposed to be closed at 10pm, but people are still using it and making noises at night. We told the front desk about it, but they said the whole deck area is a common area, they couldn't do anything about it. This's weird that they have a rule to close the pool at 10pm but no one is forcing it.”

“Conveniently located off the highway but that meant a slight highway noise. Most of the other hotels charged for parking and this didn’t. Bus stop right outside the hotel and walking trail as well. Clean and comfortable.”

“Everything wonderful including the midnight fresh air “experience” caused by being evacuated for a fire in the laundry vents. All were calm and very professional.”
