“In general, our stay in the hotel has been brilliant. The mini bar was great as it was refilled every day. The beds were comfy, the staff was friendly. The sink in the bathroom was surprisingly good. The balcony outside the room was unexpectedly clean and quaint. The room size was nice. However, it will be even better if frying pans and exhaustion fan was added in the bathroom and frying pans were included in the kitchen.”

“Hotel is close to Munich main train station, only 5 mins walk, and easy to find. The room is big and clean. Shower and water pressure is good. Staff is friendly, the room is ready even before the official checkin time. Breakfast is good with many choices, they even have fresh fruit/vegetables for making juice, and different choices of tea leaves. “入住的房型與原本預定的不同，我訂了三房公寓，結果給我們的是兩房公寓，跟前台人員反應後，開啟了隔壁的單房公寓給我們湊成三房公寓，但是我預定的三房公寓看圖片是明亮且空間足夠大的房型，KOOS給我們的''合併三房公寓''昏暗、狹窄、且似乎維護不良(地板變形，走路都會有嘎吱嘎吱聲響)廚房除了鍋具跟用餐餐具，沒有提供足以料理三餐的用品(油、鹽、胡椒、刀具)
但還有值得一提的是，浴室似乎是整修過的，整體明亮且乾淨，設備也維護的很好”

"從慕尼黑中央火車站走路不到五分鐘就到了，地點實在方便。雖然，大馬路邊有一些遊民。但是，酒店是在一個小巷弄內，算是安全。白天時，遊民也還好，並没有什麼攻擊性。不用擔心。櫃檯服務人員都非常友善，房間也大又舒服。我推薦這個酒店。"

"My room is spacious, peaceful, and suitable for three people.
I had to naked myself and leave the private shower area to restroom and obtain a towel because there isn't a hook or shelter for towels in the private shower area. Most important, the restroom door is absent.
The hotel should take care of the king-size mattress; otherwise, it will collapse in the sleeping area. It should be turned over after a while.
The welcome drink is a surprise, and the hotel personnel is friendly and helpful.
All in all, satisfied."
