“We had an excellent stay at the Windsor Hotel. The room was very clean, quiet, with a safe surrounding area. The "online" checkin worked very well. The only drawback was that the internet did not properly, and consequently the TV did not function. However, this was corrected in due course by the very friendly duty manager. if you need a place to "crash", then the Windsor is your place. BTW, the hotel is going through major renovations, which is sprucing it up even more. ”

“Lovely spacious room, well appointed with fridge and microwave and a few dishes. Accessible tv but no cable news channels other than clips through YouTube, or at least what we could figure out. Excellent location near restaurants and close to Avon Theatre. Limited help as there is no on site front desk person to for sure assist in an immediate sense, especially at night. My room did not have adequate working blinds to block out the light. However, I liked my room a lot. It was quiet and……

“Stayed one night as the weather conditions were poor. The hotel was clean and the staff were friendly. My only complaints were the bed and the heat. The heater was very noisy and the floors were very cold. The mattress was uncomfortable. It was a good stay for one night due to bad weather. ”

“There was only 2 things that concerned us was the microwave stop working and there was no hot water to take a shower.”

“Very basic but very clean. No face cloths in bathroom. Only 3 hangers for clothes. A table lamp beside bed would have been nice for night reading while partner wanted to sleep. Overall it was as expected for price”
